MODO is governed by training actions of human qualification or purely recreational animation and entertainment, particularly in the fields of artistic creation and social intervention, always in an inclusive attitude and social justice, promoting cultural action and heritage preservation as an engine for socio-economic development of the Algarve region and Portugal.

MODO is a non-profit association that stems from a project with the same name, created in 2012, whose main motivation is established in the identification and promotion of know-how: saber fazer (doing), saber estar (being) and saber viver (living), between tradition and innovation.
